How Do You Put The Fun Into Fundraiser? With The Collars & Coats Gala Ball!
Lying on the South Bank of London’s River Thames, Battersea is famous for two things - the ongoing excavation of that giant, frozen upside-down, legs-in-the-air woolly mammoth and the Battersea Dogs and Cats Home.
It’s the latter that interests us, as on the 2nd November 2017 you are invited to join a host of celebrities, cats, dogs and furry friend philanthropists for a night of magic at the cutest fundraiser of the year.
What, Where, When, Who And Why?
Just a stone’s throw from the kennels and cattery, Coats and Collars kicks off with its now legendary doggie Guard of Honour. Forty of Battersea’s canine residents proudly take their place on the red carpet, before an evening of flowing champagne, gourmet food, live music, dancing and high-octane entertainment gets underway.
This year's headline act are the iconic UB40 and past guest performers include Bryan Ferry, Joss Stone, Jamie Cullum and Vanessa-Mae, while ever-present Paul O’Grady MBE is certain to liven up events as he puts the “fun” into fundraiser!
If you’d like to help Britain’s most famous animal home to continue giving hope to lost, unwanted and abandoned dogs and cats, why not book a table today? There’s just one condition - you don’t feed any of the furry guests under the table!
This just in… We’ve found out it’s not a woolly mammoth - it’s Battersea Power Station.
