Space Flight Training
How do people know you’re doing space flight training? Because you keep telling them of course!
The first rule of Flight Club is… you most definitely do talk about Flight Club, as often and as smugly as possible. With the possibility of civilian travel to space becoming more of a reality every year, why not get a giant leap on your mates (and everyone else who laughed when you said you were shooting for the moon) by doing the space flight training course at the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Centre in Moscow?
Besides doing something that is, without doubt, supremely awesome, and garners you legendary status amongst the rest of us mere mortals, you will learn a remarkable range of skills. Not only will you become the central conversation piece at every dinner you attend, and many you don’t! But you will also gain knowledge on survival in almost every geographic climate you can think of, learn how to work in zero gravity and get to see how many G-forces you can handle in a centrifuge test! So when you tell people where you’re headed on your next holiday adventure and they call you ‘a Space Cadet’, you can just nod and say, “You betcha!”
So, it's time to.... Choose Your Own Theme Tune (but you have already, haven't you...)
You can’t undergo this rigorous space training course without having a kick-ass theme tune going on in your head. This is space after all! So choose whether you want to have Vader’s entrance music, or Bowie's ‘Major Tom' (just to give you a couple of options) or something else. After all, this could be the first small step towards the greatest journey of your life, so make sure you get the soundtrack just right.
