The Good Life Experience: The Good Old Days Are Now.
If the pop charts and reality TV are anything to go by you’d think ‘culture’ and ‘style’ are obsolete terms but The Good Life Experience proves otherwise...
Nestled in the rolling Welsh countryside, The Good Life Experience is a paean to good food, artisanal craftsmanship and an appreciation for the great outdoors. Should you fancy a weekend of axe throwing, mushroom foraging, real music and real beer The Good Life Experience is very much your cup of hand picked loose leaf tea. Yes, axe throwing is a legitimate pastime for Good Lifers!
Breathe In The Sweet Smell of Nostalgia.
The Good Life Experience has been a sell-out gig since its inception in 2014, proving there are plenty of like minded people who seek solace in sourdough and spend hours at the anvil for a well-earned thirst and calluses to be proud of.
We know that you know there’s more to life than moronic memes and shopping malls and the Good Life Experience is where you’ll be around all your people, with their beards and leather aprons and vintage bicycles and poetry scribbled in hand-bound journals.
Festival founder Cerys Matthews MBE, best known as the front woman for Welsh band Catatonia, nowadays waxes lyrical in her lilting Welsh way about music and the arts from her BBC Radio 6 soapbox, which ought to give you some idea of the cultural integrity driving The Good Life Experience. So, no road rage for Cerys or anyone else for that matter as patience and humility are founding principles of The Good Life Experience.
